Another purchase from Boots a while has been the Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Spot Wand. I'm not prone to spots on breakout - thank you DNA! - and rarely have to worry about a spot appearing. However, once in a blue moon a little spot will appear somewhere on my face and I want it gone. I saw this little beauty for £3.59 in Boots on a trip weeks ago and decided to pick it up. I was actually praying for a spot to appear just so I could use this - and then one popped up!
There are two tubes for this product with different uses and purposes. The 'day' end of the stick is a clear gel like liquid that you dab onto the spot once/twice a day and then gently rub it in until most of the product is absorbed. The 'night' end it a white/green colour and is thicker. This you apply to the spot in small dabs and leave it to work it's magic while you sleep.
I only had to use this for three days in total as the spot vanished pretty quickly. I love the scent of tea tree oil so that didn't bother me at all, though I know the scent isn't for everyone! It was easy to apply and use, and I believe it did help the spot to go. My reason being that usually when I get a spot, it lingers for a week normally before going. This was a weekend job only, which I was pretty happy with!
